Nope. COPR is a hard copies they will send it to your mail/home address along with your passport with immigrant visa.

Do you know if they send it via DHL or other similar service, or by ordinary post?
I mean, will there be a person trying to contact me about the package, with my phone number and all, or will it just arrive to my post office like ordinary mail?

I didn't receive hard copy with my passport just two letters,maybe because I don't need a visa to enter in Canada.
They will ask you to send pre-paid Xpresspost envelope to return your document.

can you help me please, I will receive my passport back soon time from Ottawa, I want to go to border Coutts,what the document I need take with me? and what is next step what the document I need to do on border? ths
