I am starting this topic because there is a lot of misleading informations on what background check is, how it is done and when.
Because of that I am hopping that some of the senior members will explain to rest of us and for the future reference if someone looks for it.
So can someone please explain what background check is, when it occurs (at what time in process), what do they looking for and how it is performed?
