What is 1-year Distance learning MBA Equivalent in Canada

Hello,

I have two MBA degrees:

1) First Degree: 1-year Distance Learning PGDIBO (POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS OPERATION) from IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University).
2) Second Degree: 1-Year Distance Learning PGD in IT from Amity University.

What will these courses be equivalent to in Canada if i apply in the express entry program?
a) 4-year Bachelors Degree? (I doubt)
b) Post Graduate/ Masters in Business Administration?
Or
c) Any other option?
