What in case if u given lesser days to leave for Canada?

Dear All

My question is that if you get your visa but left few 20-25 days to leave your country. IN this case can we ask for extension as ticket/booking issues job settlement and even if showed property as proof of fund its disposal. Please comments/advise.

Congratulations on your immigration. Please note that there are no extensions in Visa under any circumstances , this is a singly entry VISa anad one has to travel within specified time frames that is before expiry of Visa.


You need to have funds with you , minimum as required by the law. Get DD made in your name either from any mmoney changer or open a US $ account with HSBC or Standard chartered , and get DD in your name , payable at any Canadian Bank.
This is simple , safe and cost effective.

Thanks for reply but I am not through yet waiting PPR-1 and expect that two three weeks would be left by the time i get stamped with visa. In such case can I on request be given medical extension as done in march -2012.

Please accept this fact that there are no extensions what so ever by Canadians . You need to plan NOW
