What immigration forms she is needed to fill to sponsor a husband

Dear friend,
If a wife left her husband back home because she could not locate where he was at that time, but she declared that she is married to that man, and she is now PR. She is in Canada for less than one year. What kind of immigration forms she is required to fill? One year window of opportunity forms, or ordinary new spouse sponsorship forms? Can anyone help

did she become a PR via a refugee claim? If she immigrated to Canada less than one (1) year ago as a member of the Convention Refugees Abroad and Humanitarian-Protected Persons Abroad she can use the 1 year window of opportunity.

As long as her spouse was declared as you mentioned she can go ahead and file as per the instructions in the link above. She must complete the forms and submit prior to the end of the 1 year in Canada.
