Hello everyone, I am a foreigner and my mother has immigrated to Quebec through spouse sponsorship program, and she has recently passed away.
In the process of settling her estate, the notary is asking me to provide her immigration document as additional proof of my relationship with my mother, but was unable to tell me exactly which document is needed.
I am aware that my mother has successfully applied for Quebec CSQ, Work permit, spouse sponsorship, and permanent residence. But I am not seeing any of her paper listing me as her son. Any idea on what I should be looking for?
