I was wondering what happens if a student visa is refused? Can the applicant reapply or appeal? How many times can one apply for a session (eg. September intake)?

1. There is no appeal system.
2. It make sense to reapply only if there is some major change in your profile.

Thanks for the quick reply. So there is an opportunity to reapply as many times i want right? My file wont go to the same VO so worth reapplying...
