What if I have no original employment contract to notarize?

The contract which I received was just a pdf file via my email.
Basically, HR scanned the contract and sent it to me.
If I directly print it out, it would not be original contract, would it?
How can I notarize it then?

i think if you sign it , it should be considered original.

mention in your covering letter to visa office that you only received in pdf format.

Print that letter take it to the HR department and ask them to put the company stamp on it.

When I asked HR for certified statement of service with official stamp, they said they just had their department stamp instead of company stamp.
Then they stamped with their own stamp, scanned and sent to me by email.
I asked for its original paper version but I have received nothing.

i think if you sign it , it should be considered original.

mention in your covering letter to visa office that you only received in pdf format.

The standard procedure for signing my contract is 1) HR sends me contract in PDF format by email 2) I print it out and sign 3) I scan and send back the page with signature to HR by fax.

Do you mean I can just print it out, sign and use it as an original contract?

If you really cannot get the original one then send this one as it is and mention it in your cover letter its not a big deal but this will definetly make the visa officer to calll the organisation and verify the employment so there is a very good chance that your employment verification will be done.
