What if I got married within 90 days I got ITA?

My boyfriend and I applied for express entry as common in laws, but we plan to get married. In december 2017 we got ITA. What if we get married in next lets say two months, will this influence our invitation, or we just need to change this info in our application and give them proof of marriage?

Except adding a marriage certificate do I need to add papers to prove that we are in a long term relationship, to make sure that we wouldn't have problem because of this change?

You would have to add those papers in the first place as i'm assuming when you submit your application you'd still be common law. Once you get married you can raise a CSE to update your marital status and provide IRCC your marriage certificate.
