What if I go back to home country.

Hi All,
I completed my forms and ready for apply Canada Immigration Category 1.
Currently I'm student at Sweden and I would be here till June 2010.

In June after my study I would probably get Phd or Job not sure now. Now dilema is what If I have to go back to my home country in June. Can I change my visa office after sending my documents?

I heard its tough to change visa office especially since the process is moving much faster now. This is from reading in the form.
