What IELTS Score required for CEC, NOC-A

I am planning to apply under CEC category and NOC-A.
Following is my IELTS score. Please let me know if I am eligible to apply. Also, pleas send me a link where relevant information is given

Listening: 7.5
Reading: 7.0
Writing: 7.0
Speaking: 6.5

Overall: 7.0


My spouse is dependent. What minimum IELTS score will be required for her?

As a primary applicant your score is enough to apply under CEC. As per my understand if your spouse also has IELTS or CELPIP score, you will accumulate more points with Express entry system but it is optional.
