Unless you are interested in doing a P.hd you will find out difficult to get a visa. Have you tried express entry ?
Well, Do you have an immense work exp ? If yes, you have few work where you can register as master student and later after couple of semesters you can fast track into PhD program.
You have finished you MSc like 8 years ago .. so you need to explain to the university why are you applying (or trying to do study after a long gap) to as well as to the visa officer. The reason should be super strong and convincing enough.

After completion of my studies I took up my family business.., so I don't have any prior experience, how can I apply for express entry?
A family business is also considered as work and also considered as experience.

I'm I eligible to learn SAS programming..., I'm from non computer , maths background... right.
May be you can apply for some research based courses (masters) .. .. the advantage you will have is .. funding support and a project at end of your course .. and even the process is pretty much .. with emails rather than spending money on applications ..
Just create a solid resume with a solid statement of purpose and other certificates which strengthen your case and start contacting profs from different universities across canada .. if you are lucky enough .. you might get a call for interview ... and the rest should be a cake walk .. !
P.S ~ search for labs which are looking out for positions to fill ! and send emails !
Just want to paint a more realistic picture. Most Canadian employers are not interested in employing foreign workers because they would have to spend money on an LMIA and it could take 6 months for the person to arrive if they get a work permit. If an employer has an opening they usually need someone much sooner. Given that you have no work experience in biochemistry after your masters and it has been 8 years since your degree I wouldn't consider that a very strong resume for lab jobs in biochemistry. Biochemistry jobs are often competitive to begin with.

Now my husband is trying for Canada PR (we already had visa, but not yet moved to canada).
I wanted to study/work once my hubby got PR.
My questions:-
What can I do with my Msc.Biochemistry degree in Canada? (Jobs related to this field)
What are the career opportunities for biochemistry biotechnology graduates/ Post Graduates in Canada (Toronto)?
Am I eligible to work as
- pharmasist in a pharmacy
- lab technician
- clinical research field
- in Food factories (QC)
- preschool teacher???
If I have to do any course there then what are those courses for above asked work fields?
Diploma/ adv Diploma???
Collage/ University?.. which one is best( certificate value and course fee)
