What happens when I apply for PR on the last day of ITA expiry

Hi there,
My ITA is expiring on 22.05.2018.
The only document I am awaiting is the PCC that is the Police Clearance Certificate. Since I stay in a rural region it will take another 15-20 days, that means I can only apply by 20th May.
Please suggest as this is my 3rd ITA and I don't want to take any risks.

As long as you apply before the ITA expires, you are good.
