What happens to OINP NOI?

Hello!
I had recently received a Notification of Interest from Ontario. I plan to apply for Ontario Immigrant Nomination Program. However, I realized that there is a hold on registration for OINP Human Capital Priorities Stream.

I understand that my NOI stands valid for 6 months. I would like to know the procedure in case OINP Human Capital Priorities Stream does not start receiving registration after six months. What would happen to my NOI? Will I get a new NOI after the hold is released?

If they re open before your 6 months NOI expires then you will still be able to apply. If however they remain paused and do not open up again in the next 6 months your NOI becomes invalid I'm afraid. There is a high chance you'll get another if you meet their requirements at the time but no guarantees of course. This is why they clearly stated people should apply asap to avoid being in this situation.
