What happens to current valid visit visa if EE app rejected?

I am a bit worried about my current valid visitor's visa (TRV). I will be applying to EE but if it is rejected due to some reason, will they also cancel my current visa because I demonstrated immigrant intent? Of course, I am only talking about getting rejected for missing dics etc. not for misrepresenting info. I intend to submit a completely genuine application.

Nothing will happen to your TRV.
