Complete physical exam(eyes, head, ears, blood pressure, reflexes, etc), X-ray, blood tests(syphillis and HIV). Depending on your answers to certain questions, the doctor can request more tests. e.g. if you have piercings(besides your ears) or tattoos, they will include tests for hepatitis as well.
