What happens if someone's OINP gets rejected? Do they get their fee back?

I have recently received Notification of Interest from Ontario Province for NOC 2173.
I am filling the form for OINP.

I don't want to sound pessimistic here, but since the fee for OINP is quite huge, I wanted to understand the fate if the OINP gets rejected. Do we get the fee back?

They only reason where I believe this could happen is during matching NOC with my Job responsibilities.

Does not seem likely.
If EE profile is rejected after ITA and all and application fee has been submitted, it is not refunded, PNP case should be similar.

PS : If application fee and RPRF have been submitted, RPRF is refunded but application fee is not.
