What goes in Family Member Proof of Status ?

Hi guys,

I am completing my EE profile (post ITA) and got few questions:

1. have claimed points for my PR sibling. It has two different sections:
- Proof of residency in Canada of sibling (required)
- Family Member Proof of Status (required)

What goes in Family Member Proof of Status (required) ? I am planning to put my brother's PR card in 1.


2. What documents should I put in Education (diplomas/degrees) (required)?
- I have my bachelors degree from India (Degree + Transcript + ECA done)
- I have half completed post graduate diploma Transcript ( I am not claiming points for this, but showing it in Personal Activity)
- I have Canadian Bachelors degree ( Degree + Transcript)

Should I attach Canadian Degree + Indian Degree + ECA report (WES) + IELTS?
Also, there is another section: Education Transcripts (required)- Should I put Canadian degree transcript + Canadian diploma half completed transcript +Indian degree transcript?
Will transcript or documents of half completed post graduate diploma causes an issue/ confusion ?

1. I believe they are actually asking for proof he physically lives in Canada, such as a bill or government document with his name and Canadian address on it. Then you should provide his PR card as proof of status.
2. If you want points for two or more degrees, supply the necessary documents for each degree.

Agree that you must price that your brother is currently residing in Canada and will continue to live in Canada during yiur application process

Question 2: makes sense
For Question 1:

Sibling related , there are 4 placeholders:
1. Proof of PR/Citizenship of Sibling: will attach his PR card that shows his status
2. Proof of residency in Canada of Sibling: Will attach utility bill to show his present address
3. Proof of Sibling relationship: will show our Passport front and last pages
4. Family member proof of status: now what's left to go here? That part is not clear
