What forms do I need to fill out before landing

Leaving for Canada soon, I was wondering what forms I need to fill out for my PR card application. So far I have IMM 5444E, supplementary form, good declaration forms. Are these the only forms I need to fill out.

Also what date is considered the dare you became a permanent resident? Is it the date you land?

Hi,
Once you land and get out of the airport, means when you stand on your feet out at the airport, you will become a Canadian PR. You will have a copy of your CPR. You have to wait around one month to get the PR Card in your mail.

You have the forms already. At the customs you have to show the Goods declaration form (B4).
