I check weekly the caps from http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp
the first weird thing is that they were 12 days late to update them.
secondly they do not show with red letters the reached caps anymore (why?)
thirdly, although many NOCs were increased, the total amount (2,983) remained the same. Does that mean they had mixed them up or that they didn't update the total amount?
