Hi team!
Alberta pnp is asking me to provide an evidence of my lmia exemption for AOS. I currently have exemption C21 under the International Experience Canada (Young Professionals) but I don’t understand what they exactly need:
In the requirements pamphlet says this:
- if an LMIA does not exist, upload documents to show the exemption used for the work permit (eg. North American free trade agreement ) The best documents to provide are:
- copy of document to visa office requesting the exemption
- approval from visa office stating exemption granted
- if you don’t have any of these documents, you can provide other document from IRCC demostrating the exemption. Print outs from the IRCC website are not valid for this requirement
Any of you know what document it could be? because I guess my actual work permit is not, but I don’t have any other document other that my work permit that states de exemption
thanks in advance
