What else I should do after creating EE file and getting application number ?

Hi,

I am done with following steps, what are the further steps to do, Please suggest,

1. I have created and completed my Express Entry profile.
2. My application profile number and UCI is generated under job code 2173.
3. It is shown that I am eligible for Federal Skilled worker program.
4. My total CRS score is 393.

I was done with above steps 2 months back and now I was preparing for IELTS for better score.

But one of the consultant called me and told that I have missed the chance for Alberta that just picked up the profiles having 350 CRS score. Is that true ?

What all other things I should do to get invitation ? I tried for 2 PNPs but both required job offer. Anything else I should be doing. Please help.
