Ladies, and gentlemen

Life has been a struggle, disappointments never stopped. I really hope that I will get an ITA, but I don't want to be too optimistic that it hurts if I didn't get one :'(. I didn't apply yet for an express entry. I have read a lot of posts, reviews, and studies. The chances aren't looking great, I need to hear some opinions especially from expert members.

Thank you..

Honestly, no one knows. But it looks very unlikely that the cutoff would drop below 450 in the near future.

Thanks for answering.. Well this looks bad, but according to points decline over each drawn. Do you think it will ever reach my 429 points?, and if yes - at which drawn you expect it to happen?.

It's impossible for anyone to predict that.

Also, the points don't declide over each draw. In some cases they have increased again. So it's really impossible to say what's going to happen.

You should also keep in mind that the number of qualifying applicants increases exponentially as the points go down. So if the points do continue to drop we should expect them to drop slower and slower (i.e. less and less) as new draws happen.

There's absolutely no guarantee it will ever get down to 429. If you have any opportunity to increase your points - you should do it.

To add to it, with so many provincial programs currently underway the scores are likely to go up as people who get successful nominations will have 600+ points added to their current score. This will ensure the average points to be way higher than what it is currently.

It will be a miracle if the score goes down to 429. I have 415 and don't hope for ITA. Will retake IELTS to icrease my chances

Optimism doesn't hurt bro.... be positive.

Well if the draw takes place today and if the guys at CIC are feeling generous after canada day, then who knows?

I am sure after recent announcement of new PNP programs , number of people with provincial nomination and 600 points will increase and the chance of people with score under 450 would be even slimmer. I am 418 and I see my only chance in PNP programs and not EE draws.

anyways The score will be drop for 1-2 drwas may be, but after that you will see drastic change as the score will be jumped to 800-900. coz Meantime people who applied for sINp, OOPNP will probably get their nominations...!!!So it seems might be next year it will go down below 450.
