I assume since a new card has been issued, your old one got invalidated!

Looks like they issued you for only 1 year! It might have something to do with your PR residency obligation. I'd advise that you call them. They usually give 1 year cards to H&C cases if I'm not mistaken!

I think you should post this question to the Permanent residency obligation section for better visibility by the senior members. They would be able to help you better!
