Please Help,
I am on study permit and my wife is on OWP in Canada. We need to apply for a new TRV.
What should be the answer here,

-Apply to remain in Canada as a visitor
- Apply for or extend an open work permit
-Apply for or extend a study permit
-Apply for or extend both a work permit and a study permit

You are not applying to extend status INSIDE Canada, you're applying for a TRV (entry visa).
To get a TRV while already inside Canada (e.g. if your previous visa sticker expired but your permit is valid), you need to apply under:

"Visit visa (temporary resident visa) from inside Canada"
which is usually done via IRCC Portal and not GCKey.

So, if you're applying through GCKey and this question appears, you're probably in the wrong section for TRV.
