Hello, hoping someone can assist as i have only 5 days in which to respond to CIC. I got the ITA the end of June and submitted my application the beginning of September. I received an email from CIC requesting additional information for my travel history. As a result when I go on my profile I see a message under the permanent residency application type "your action is required" under the details column. However I am also seeing it the same "your action required" for Express Entry as well. When I click on it I don't know what I'm to act on, however I know what to act on for the permanent residency section as the travel history section has been opened for me up to upload additional information. Can someone please advise if action required will go from the express entry section once I submit the travel history or is there something in my previous profile that they're asking me to update?
What does "Your action is required for both Express Entry and Permanent Residency section"

I had the same issue submitted on the express entry and i got the passport request very next day.

I submitted the additional documents, a day later medical changed to passed and in the night your action is required changed to submitted under the PR section and express entry section changed from your action is required back to invitation required. Such a relieve! Thanks for responding!
