what does updated means in PRT (Permanent resident tracker)?

Hi,
My permanent resident applications gets Updated in PRT ( Permanent Resident Tracker ) almost once a week but nothing changes in status of my application.
What does updated mean in Permanent residence tracker?

Are you checking both sides? Sponsor and PA? I've noticed my side (sponsor) says updated when my husband's account (PA) gets updated, and vice versa.

i check both sides. it says updated but nothing changes in application status

I've also found sometimes it says updated because something in GCKey is updated, but not the tracker. The GCKey has different (and seeminly more up to date) information for our application than the tracker does. So I check both.

I am not able to create the account as it shows incorrect information or file is not in our system

Try with different variations of your place of birth (state/city/state and city) or the full name (if your name is a "complicated" one.)
