Hi All,
While filling up my Express Entry Application I am getting the following question "Has ARBIND KUMAR ROY been working full-time for the employer on their current work permit for at least one year? (Or for an equal amount of part time work?)". Which of the following 2 points is the meaning of the Question.
1)Has Arbind been working for the employer named on the work permit, for at least an Year.
2)Has Arbind been working for the employer for at least 1 Year on his current work permit.
Choosing Yes to the Question gives me 50 Points for the Arranged Employment Criteria as I am getting an Offer for Employment from my Employer however my stays in Canada have been non continuous , one from Dec 2015 to July 2016 and again from June 2018 till date aggregating to about 13 months over the last 3 years. As a results both were on different work permits for the same employer as the first work permit expired in 2017 and I came to Canada on a new Work Permit in 2018. This means that I can choose Yes to the Question if the meaning is 1 but not if the Question Means 2. Please let me know what should be my response to the Question above.
