What does this message on my tracking visa application mean?

Hello, I applied for Canadian visa, visitor, short stay on 16 October. However, one or two days later, the tracking system of my application says:
Your processed passport has been received at the Canada Visa Application Centre, on 16/10/2017 and is ready for collection. To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website.
What does this mean? It can't possibly be finished that fast. Please help.

Did you apply from a country in the Middle East? Or from a country that does not have a visa office?

You can also try linking your paper application to your online account for a better idea of the processing status

I applied from "Iraq" and not from the embassy but from an office of IOM which coordinates with Canadian embassy in Jordan [Amman] and send the documents there for verification.
I don't know how to link the two? paper and online, how can they be linked together?

In that case, processing has not been completed. It only means your application has been received by the Jordan VAC. This is a standard text/tracking message.

As you have applied fairly recently, it's possible that you might get an 'Application not found' message. I would check again for updates after a few days

You'll need to create an account using your GCkey. Then select "Link an application to this account".... and use the exact same details which you had stated in your application form to link it
