Final decision Not Started. When i click the help icon nearby it shows "At this stage, we have made a final decision on your application".

Does this mean they have completed all the formalities before passport request or they are in the middle of processing. Same status for my husband and son for the past 15 days.

It means that they are in the final decision stage.
