What does PR Card under production means?

What does PR Card under production means? I had called CIC call centre yesterday and the agent told me that my PR card application has been sent to the production centre.

From my own experience, I called to ask about my PR card status, and was told it was supposed to be printed the next day. I then received my PR card 4 days after that. I am also in Toronto.
