What does exactly the employer has to do in PNP?

Hi,

I am reading through on BC website in the "EEBC — INTERNATIONAL GRADUATE" PNP program, and it says that:

"Your employer must be willing to support your application. They must meet the eligibility criteria and fulfill certain responsibilities during the application process"​

I click in the link to read over the requirements, but i am still confused, so can anyone help me know what exactly does the employer has to do beside giving out the job offer?
