in the checklist, the documents that should be sent as "copy" such as passport pages, birth certificates and degrees, must they be certified (nortarized), or are normal photocopies allowed?

Does it say to notarize the copies anywhere in the guide? couldnt find anything so just wondering...

my friend applied through cec last year and he did not mention anything about notarizing anything. I guess we have plenty of applicants in this forum who got their AOR already who can answer this. Thanks

Copy = photocopy
Notarized copy = photocopy notarized by notary public stating that it is a true copy.
