Hello everybody,
How is it going?

I am the principle applicant and my family are back in my home country.
I was wondering what documents should I submit to support my claim? Cus I only submitted my passport, birthday certificate and some scientific certificates.
Are documents like my family members’ passports, their certificate of birth, marraige contract and national ID nedded to submit? Or its ok to do so.

Thanks all.

Passports, IDs and birth certificates have nothing to do with supporting your claim, they are required to satisfy the judge of your true identity.
To support your claim you need police reports if available, proof of the threats you might face ect...

Thanks mate...

I have already done what you said, but I was wondering of using my family’s documents as a proof of being married and having kids since they are not with me in Canada.

What’s gonna happan if I don’t present any documnts of my family?
Is it recommended to present their documents as a proof of my marrital status?

Thanks

You can keep it on you at the hearing in case they ask for it.
But you will need it if you are approved and applying for pr so you can include them in the application.
