What documents to bring to the medical

My wife is in the Philippines and is getting ready to have her medical for her visa to Canada. Is there any Filipina on this form who has successfully gotten her visa, know what my wife needs to bring with her for her medical (documents ). How long did the process take as she will be flying from CDO to Davao and taking her kids so she needs to know how many nights of hotels to book. Oh yes and how much was the medical ? Thank You

Just her passport

When she arranges an appointment with the doctor she will be advised on what documents she should take with her.
But most of the time they ask for Passport, 2 others pieces of ID(proof identity), a couple of pictures, and in some cases a form printed from CIC website(Medical form).
