Hello
I have finished my 2 year studies and now working as a manager from last two year including one year part time experience during the school and one year full time after school. I want to know what documents I could need from my employers, because i have not told them that i would need their help or documebts from them to applt for my citizenship. Just afraid they won't misuse my needs in future.

Second question is does my job duties has to exactly and completely matches the duties describes on immigration category CEC 0. Becuase my store owner do scheduling and place orders by herself.

Thanks

Read the document checklist, it specifies the information that must be in the Letter of Reference.

BTW, CEC is for permanent residence (PR), not citizenship. You need to be a PR for at least 3 years before you can apply for citizenship.

Job duties should not look identical to the NOC (you cannot copy and paste). But your main duties should match the NOC.

To have your experience accepted as a "manager" your duties will have to include supervising other employees. It would be odd if you did not also do scheduling and ordering.

"Just afraid they won't misuse my needs in future." I don't know what you mean by this, but if you are afraid of your employer, you should look for a new job.
