what document to upload?

Hi All
Please give me your view on my query
I have received my ITA and filling in the application online. My wife landed as a PR in Dec 2017 and I am also claiming 15 points for sibling.I generated the checklist at the end and I noticed a few things that CIC is asking to upload:

1. Under MY documents section it is asking "family member proof of Status" which is - You must provide a copy of your family member's Canadian Citizenship or Canadian immigration status document (e.g. Canadian passport, Permanent Resident Card, Study Permit, or Work Permit). Please provide a copy of both sides of the document..
So I am assuming this is the PR card of my wife that they want me to upload? or is it for sibling?

2. Under my wife documents section it is also asking for "family member proof of status". So what have we to upload here?

3. My wife has still not received her PR card. Can I submit my application with her landing paper / COPR?

First of all, you should have a specific section asking for your sibling's proof of status, proof of residence in Canada, and proof of sibling relationship. It is easy to spot because it clearly states that this is for your sibling.

In addition, the "family member proof of status" is typically part of the FSW stream selection factors (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/become-candidate/eligibility/federal-skilled-workers/six-selection-factors-federal-skilled-workers.html). Here, you must provide the same documents as above (proof of status, proof of residence and proof of relationship) for all your relatives in Canada, including your sibling. Check the link above.

As for your wife, the signed CoPR is fine (along with all other documents they ask specifically for her).
