I got PGWP and am searching a job now. My common-law partner is outside of Canada and has a plan to work in Canada.
According to CIC, couple of conditions are required to get a work permit for my partner. Such as;
  • a letter from your spouse’s current employer that confirms they work there in a NOC 0, A or B occupation, or a copy of your spouse’s employment offer or contract, and
  • a copy of your spouse’s recent pay slips
But I wonder that it must be full-time condition? Because I recently receive a job offer which is part-time.

It does not have to be full time. Part time is fine.
