What days is the immigration office at the Niagra falls Canada border open?

hi I was just wondering what days the niagra falls Canadian immigration office is open? I saw that it is not open during peak periods on the weekend. Does this matter if I’m a US citizen?

I want to get a study permit. And I didn’t want to drive 2 hours and then be told to come back another day.
