What day exactly your EE profile starts counting extra points for 1 year of experience?

I've seen many people saying that EE Profile is glitchy when it comes to counting years for experience (people even saying they got extra points 1-2 months earlier).
Assuming a person states they started working in Canada on Feb 2022 (exact day isn't specified there) on their profile. When exactly will EE consider the extra points for the full 1 year?

That is kind of weird no? Because the earliest a person that puts Feb 2022 on their profile could have started is Feb 1st 2022.
So it gives you the points at 11 months, whaaat?
