My friend would like to know what to put as country of residence for her husband. She is a resisdent of the US and her husband lives in the US with her for 3 yrs but has over stay his visa (out of status). She is applying for the skill worker prograamme and would like to take him with her. What country should she put as his current residence; should she put US or his home country?
