The CIC website isn't very clear on this. Do we have a full list of what is busking and who is exempt from a visa? I'll be in Montreal for a few months to learn french with a visitor visa. According to CIC, busking doesnt need visa, but is street photography considered busking?
I usually go to festivals/big events and take picture of the venues and the people around. I always upload those pictures so people can have acess to them. I dont charge anything for the pictures, but I do encourage people to donate a couple bucks when they can. Would I have any problems doing this? I understand this is a very small matter and most authorities wouldnt even care, but I want to be on the clear on this, as I plan on applying for a PR later on.
Thanks!

Busking is defined as street performing by IRCC. So I don't think what you're talking about fits that definition.

Acording to the CIC: "Buskers include street performers or people performing at street festivals".
Would a painter constitute a busker? What about a tintype booth?
Does everyone that does travel photography just lie on the border? Theres no way you're getting a work visa for every country you visit.
