What comes next after medical update result passed?

I applied on 12th May. Biometrics completed 14th May. Medical passes this 7th of June. However, review of eligibility says, we will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility. Was that a ghost one? What should I wait after medical udpated?

Your review hasn't started yet , since your medical is passed today your review is likely to begin in a few days. Usually review starts after medical is passed but IRCC might take some time due to pandemic.

Thanks for that. How long do they process eligibility review until getting a BVL? I am applying from Philippines.

That is very tricky to answer due to the current unprecedented time. However processing of Study Visa outside Canada is 8 weeks on the website.
