My brother recently submitted medical and was waiting for the PP back from NDVO, and got this email. So what can be understood by this email; Landing fee's DD has already been encashed
"We are ready to return your passport(s) back to you at this time. However, we are not able to mail or courier passports to addresses outside of India and we note that you have provided an address in Nepal.
In order for us to return your passport(s), you must:
(a) Provide a return mailing address in India where we can send the passport and it will be your responsibility to collect it from this address; OR
(b) Contact VFS in Kathmandu, pay the requisite fees and notify our office so that we can send your passport back via VFS. You will then be advised by VFS to pick up your passport once it has been delivered.
