I have some questions, i am already studying Diploma in Business Accounting in Algonquin college and my fall semester would be my last semester. I want to Know that can i Apply ONIP now as my diploma will be completed in December and i had foreign experience. Or should i wait to apply for Express Entry well however i cant apply that because according to CRS score my score would be low. Any suggestions would be welcome. i am working in one of small company started in this summer and expected to work there for whole this year until or unless i get my relevant job on workpermit later.
