My timeline is as follows.

App recvd June 24 2018
SA -September 29
File transfer to VO - October 7th
Pre arrival- November 10th
Medical req and Additional documents in this case police Cert- November 17th
Background check started - 20th November
Medical pas- 28th November.

Nothing more. What should I expect next?
