What are the realistic chances of securing a PR in 2018 for scores between 405-415.

I haven't put up my profile in the EE pool yet ,my current CRS as per the tool is 405. The cut off being 441 now . I doubt if it will go below 410 anytime soon that too there are other profiles with similar scores who have been in the pool longer.

Next option is PNP but I am not really sure on how to go about this and what are my chances of securing one for my NOC 2175 ( Web Developer ). Apart from the EE criteria which applies for PNP as well, how do I make my profile stand out to be nominated for one.

FSW chances with 405 in 2018? I don't work for IRCC, but safe to crack a guess - zero. What's the logic? With far lesser competition, the scores touched 413 last year. To add to that, there are probably 20-25k applicants above you, with a significant number joining the pool everyday. The only event you get an invite with that score is PNP.

My suggestion is try and look at ways of improving your score. IELTS would be the easiest answer.
