What are the key documents I should be ready with to apply?

Hi,

When CIC announces FSWC in 2013, I believe there will be a rush in application to grab the slot/quota. What are the key documents we should be ready with to file the application once CIC announces FSWC? I know the following are the list of documents, I'm not sure which one should be submitted at the time of application and which one can be submitted later

1. Medicals - I assume this can be submitted later?
2. police clearance certificate - I assume this can be submitted later?
3. IELTS - I assume this should be submitted along with initial application
4. Education/Experience Letters - I assume this should be submitted along with initial application
5. Education credential validation - I assume this should be submitted along with initial application

Experts - please shed lights on this.
