I am curious about the process of Citizenship applications. What happens after the applications are delivered?
1- Do they pile them up and wait until they start opening the packages?
2- Is it one officer processing the same application or it goes through different departments where they scan them and each department deals with a certain section of the application?
3- I have seen some applications sent at the same time, no extra info was requested from both applicants but the processing of one was way faster than another.
4- Do officers have to meet certain deadlines or they can take as much as they want while processing the application
I understand that everything has changed since COVID-19 but I am curious on what happens after the application is delivered to Sydney.
