What are the criteria for including travel history?

I have been only to Singapore once and that was for only less than a week. Since I'm from Indonesia and I was only visiting there for less than 30 days, I didn't need a visitor visa because Indonesia is one of the visa-exempt countries as long as the duration of staying is less than 30 days. Hence, I only got stamps on my passport.

Should I still include this on my travel history even if my travel is less than a week and doesn't require visa?

Or is there any specific criteria of the kind of travel that should be included?

The criteria for travel history is that you traveled there. So yes, you must include Singapore. Every country you went to you must include.

If you don't, and the visa officer determines you traveled somewhere without declaring it, you may cause them to think you misrepresented.

Understood. I'll include it in my application.
But, the visa officer is supposedly aware of the regulation that my country does not require a visa to travel to Singapore if it less than 30 days, right? Or should I explain it in the SOP?
